Anyone searching back for posting by me Laurie back in 2002 or
thereabouts, looking for the bullworker chart please note all the old
email addresses for me are no longer in existence.
I'm now using ***@googlemail.com
But remove the underscore space in the user name and you can contact
me there. I've only put that in to avoid spam bots.
You may know that there's a Bullworker group on Yahoo
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/bullworkerclub/
They have a number of charts for downloading there as well as books
available on how to use the Bullworker.
Meanwhile if you still want one of mine, then I the two methods of
making up a bullworker wall chart as per my earlier postings, that
suit most models of bullworker.
1. A zip file containing 11 jpgs which have to be printed out on
separate A4 sheets and then cut out and stuck on a larger sheet. This
makes a full sized chart of about 24 inches wide at least. But this
does require a bit of printing know-how and so forth.
2.A smaller chart that fits on a single A4 sheet but is not so easy to
read while doing the bullworker exercises, but it isn't a bad
substitute.
I'll send to anyone who requests it.
Thanks and sorry to mess you about.
I hope you haven't tried to get the chart from me and failed to reach
my old email addresses.
Remember to remove the underscore space in the whisper_tread and your
email will reach me. Thanks.
