Anyone searching back for posting by me Laurie back in 2002 or
thereabouts, looking for the bullworker chart please note all the old
email addresses for me are no longer in existence.

I'm now using ***@googlemail.com
But remove the underscore space in the user name and you can contact
me there. I've only put that in to avoid spam bots.

You may know that there's a Bullworker group on Yahoo
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/bullworkerclub/
They have a number of charts for downloading there as well as books
available on how to use the Bullworker.

Meanwhile if you still want one of mine, then I the two methods of
making up a bullworker wall chart as per my earlier postings, that
suit most models of bullworker.

1. A zip file containing 11 jpgs which have to be printed out on
separate A4 sheets and then cut out and stuck on a larger sheet. This
makes a full sized chart of about 24 inches wide at least. But this
does require a bit of printing know-how and so forth.

2.A smaller chart that fits on a single A4 sheet but is not so easy to
read while doing the bullworker exercises, but it isn't a bad
substitute.
I'll send to anyone who requests it.

Thanks and sorry to mess you about.
I hope you haven't tried to get the chart from me and failed to reach
my old email addresses.
Remember to remove the underscore space in the whisper_tread and your
email will reach me. Thanks.

Bit late to answer this but I've not been back here since.

Yes of course that's what I'm saying. It was perfectly clear.

Ah you got there in the end then?

Maybe bots do trawl the headers but I've known some get it from the
body of the text too.
The header of mine has an underscore to fool the bots and that works
too. But it was a pretty mean trick for you to display it in the body
of your reply. You have no soul !

UPDATE
Thanks to the kind help of another reader, the chart is now compiled
onto 6 A4 sheets and placed in a PDF document .Readers can apply to me
at the address shown below and I will send them a copy as email
attachment.

This is better than the original zip file as it no longer needs 11
fragments to be printed out and stuck on bits of paper.
Also PDF files transport to email servers much better than zip which
tend to get taken by the server and quarrantined because they are
executable files.

So if you'd like a chart please apply to me in email

I don't think I've sent you the chart. If not, please email me on
whispertread at gmail dot com
I think this site trims email address to avoid spam. So just write to
me on the whispertread address and I'll post you the pdf 6 page colour
photos that make up a full sized chart and I'll add a smaller jpg that
is a pocket A4 sized copy of the exercises.

Cheers

If anyone has recently (August 2009) sent me an email requesting the
chart for the exercises and not received a reply on my email, please
send me a repeat request as I accidentally chucked away my spam folder
contents yesterday and spotted a Chart-request from someone who won't
have been replied to by me.

***@googlemail.com
or @gmail.com if you prefer

is the address to write to and I will try not to lose your email. I
can then send you a PDF document containing several jpgs that can be
printed out and made into a chart. if you stick them on the back of an
old poster.

It might cost a bit in colour ink but it's better than being without
the chart, especially if you've had one that you paid for in the past
and then subsequently lost.

Hey Dave did you spot the date of the original post? March 2007 !

I very much doubt the original poster will see your message or even be
on the same e-mail address given in the post... (check back and you'll see)

No-one here but a few of us ghosts of URB who happen to have the
newsgroup open in their e-mail client...
