Anton - you could be me. I could have quite easily written your exact same statement/questions above. I too bought it mail order as a skinny teen. Tried the free weights methods. Moved abroad and didn't pick it up again until about 2003, this time using the weights programme. Again, I moved abroad. Now 10 years on I'm start to exercise regularly and wandering if I should use his programme, or was it a clever marketing gimmick. When it came out I certainly didn't have the internet (did it even exist back then? lol!), however, I would expect even now a google search to come up with something on the chap if he is any kind of authority what so ever on the subject. Needless to say, the only thing that came up was this post from you and even this looks like you wrote it in 2002??
