Does anybody have a decent design/plan for a trap/shrug bar?
Want to build my own.

Cheapskate...
;)

You could make the main frame out of box section then add some 28mm bar
for handles.

Bit of scaffold tube for the loading pins, job sorted.

or you could just buy one....

LOL, I somehow knew you would suggest something from GymRatZ.
I just wanted to build something cheap to see how useful a trap bar is.
Don't really want to fork out £170 for a piece of equipment that I don't get on with.
I have a friend who is a welder and can make one up for me if I supply the materials. Was not sure of the dimensions to use. Can you tailor the dimensions to suite your body size (shoulder width)?

Fancy lending me one from your shop to try out Pete? :-)
